About Joe Rodriguez
Joe Rodriguez attended college at University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and Law School at Ohio Northern University. While in Law School, Joe worked as an extern in the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio in Columbus. After graduating law school and immediately becoming licensed to practice in Texas, Joe started his career practicing in a handful of areas at the Federal and State levels.
During this time he did work as a Fort Hood Federal Panel Attorney in the Texas Western District Court - Waco Division. Some of the cases handled there include misdemeanors such as Driving While Intoxicated, assault, drug possession and drug trafficking, conspiracy, aiding and abetting, illegal entry, illegal reentry, counterfeiting, kidnapping, and theft to name a few. During his practice he has assisted clients with creating businesses such as LLC’s and Corporations, and with other matters like personal injury, juvenile law, family law, real estate law, state and federal criminal defense and appeals. Joe also created and operated a real estate title company, Blackacre Escrow Title and Abstract, LLC. He enjoys surfing and skateboarding. Before attending college Joe honorably served in the United States Army as a Light Infantryman..
